Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of any item purchased from the

 Sharyn Kayne® online store, provided our online returns procedures are met:

·          Full price items may be returned for refund or exchange.

·          Sale items may be exchanged or credit issued unless faulty or not as described.

·          Items must be returned new, unused and with all Sharyn Kayne labels attached or will be returned to sender.

·          Returned items which are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted by  Sharyn Kayne and returned to sender.

·          For faulty or incorrect items, Sharyn Kayne will happily pay the postage costs for dispatch of the replacement.

To return an item, follow these steps:

1.  Email design@sharynkayne.com.au Please ensure that you include the Order Number that you received in your original order confirmation.

2.  We recommend you use trackable, registered or insured post or courier as Sharyn Kayne Interior Design does not take responsibility for loss of items being returned. Once items have been received by us, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be  processed for either a refund to be credited to your account or a Credit Note to be emailed to you.
